PURPOSE:To relieve the load of a host computer by generating a reply voice signal to data from a telephone subscriber based on reservation data from the host computer by a voice processor and transmitting the signal to the subscriber. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a pushphone telephone set 1, a voice processor 3, a host computer 4 and a line connecting the telephone set and the voice processor, and the host computer generates reply voice data when the data from a telephone subscriber is received, and when the reply voice signal based on the reply voice data is received by a telephone subscriber and the telephone subscriber forecasts in advance the data inputted next, reservation data comprising a forecast subscriber input data and a forecast reply voice data is generated, the reply voice data and the reservation data are transmitted to the voice processor 3, and when the voice processor receives the reply voice signal and the reservation data from the host computer, the reply voice signal is generated based on the reply voice data and the reply voice signal is transmitted to the telephone subscriber. |
