PURPOSE:To rotate a rotary cutter in high speed and to realize efficient crushing by providing the rotary cutter having plural cutting edges and breaker heads crushing chips and cutting to fine pieces. CONSTITUTION:A rotary cutter 10 is provided with a rotary shaft 11 rotatably supported by a bearing and four supporting blades 12 are fixed to an outer periphery of the rotary shaft 11 at an interval of almost 90 deg.. Hammer tips 13a are fixed to the tips of the supporting blades 12 and breaker heads 14, 15 are provided on both sides of the rotary cutter 10. And an under casing 16 is provided on a lower portion of the rotary cutter 10 and an upper portion is connected to the breaker heads 14, 15. Plural openings 17 for dropping chips made fine are provided on the under casing 16, and chips dropped from the openings 17 are discharged by a conveyor. |
