PURPOSE:To effectively magnetize a rotor magnet with an easy and comparatively small energy and to improve a peripheral surface magnetic flux density by magnetizing plural poles through heating a mangan-aluminium-carbonaceneous alloy magnet into a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:After a mangan-aluminium-carbonaceneous magnet is heated into a temperature range from 120 deg.C to 220 deg.C, plural poles are magnetized. After magnetization is done by a magnetizing yoke 2 and a magnetizing coil 3, and a face anisotropy magnet of the rotor magnet 1 is heated by a heater 6, a heating temperature is controlled by a temperature detecting sensor 7. By using this magnetizing method, a region which can not be magnetized by the former method can also be magnetized, and a peripheral surface magne-tic flux density can sharply be increased for the first time. A necessary energy to magnetize can be decreased and a magnetizing power source can be miniaturized. |
