PURPOSE:To eliminate completely the danger that a laser is leaked to the external part because of malfunction, by turning off surely a safety switch before opening of a cover when a moving lock member is moved for the purpose of releasing a lock means. CONSTITUTION:A safety switch release mechanism 34 is constituted of a mechanical lock means 35 consisting of a moving lock member 36 and a detaining member 40 and a switch 43. The moving lock member 36 is always energized to turn clockwise with a shaft 39 on a frame 29a of a cover 29 as the center by a release lever 38 and a spring omitted in the figure. When the release lever 38 is pushed upward for the purpose of opening the cover 29 in case of maintenance or the like, a switch 43 is turned off by movement of a detaining claw 37 just before the detaining claw 37 is detached from the detaining member 40. Thus, the danger that the laser is leaked to the external part is prevented completely though the cover 29 is opened. |
