HEAVY DUTY V-BELT

摘要

PURPOSE:To eliminate the elongation and slip of a V-belt by bonding a reinforcing member endlessly along the back of a V-belt body having a trapezoidal cross-section. CONSTITUTION:A V-belt 10 is constituted from a main body 100 having a trapezoidal cross-section and a reinforcing material 12 integrally bonded to or fitted in the back 11 of a V-belt body 100. A rubber or plastic material is used for the V-belt body 100 and generally a band plate-like steel is used for a reinforcing material 12 and the bonding of the V-belt 10 body 100 to the band plate-like steel reinforcing material 12 can be carried out by a well-known prior proper means.
