PURPOSE:To enable the control of a film thickness, by employing an interface polymerization method on a core material, and coating and forming an outer wall based on an epoxy/urethane resin or an epoxy/urea resin by using a catalyst. CONSTITUTION:Polyvalent isocyanate, an epoxy compound, a catalyst, a core material substance and a colorant are mixed under stirring to obtain a dispersion mixture. This mixture is added to a dispersion having an appropriate dispersion stabilizer contained therein under stirring to obtain a dispersion. An aqueous solution, in which polyfunctional amine reacting with isocyanate and the epoxy compound was dissolved, is added to and mixed with said dispersion under stirring and the resulting composition is heated to reaction temp. to obtain a microcapsule having outer wall comprising an epoxy/urethane resin or an epoxy/urea resin. Subsequently, the dispersion stabilizer is decomposed and removed while filtering, washing and drying are performed to finally obtain a desired microcapsule. |
