PURPOSE:To manufacture a replacement sensor simply and easily by arranging properly an end side of insulating sheet substrates, providing stepped conducting layers on another side, superposing a temperature sensing element electrically on an end side and exposing specified length of the stepped end part to use it as an electrode. CONSTITUTION:A long conductor layer 2 and a short conductor layer 3 different in size by length A are provided on the insulating sheet substrate 1 parallel to each other by arranging properly an end side and making another end side stepped. A temperature sensing element 4 made up of a thermistor, etc. is superposed electrically on conductor layers 2, 3 on an end side. On the other hand, an insulating sheet 5 formed to expose fixed length of the stepped end part deviated by size A is welded to the insulating sheet substrate 1 to cover it, and the exposed parts of conductor layers 2, 3 are used as electrodes 2a, 3a of the replacement sensor. Thus, replacement sensors can be manufactured in large quantities at low cost by a simple manufacturing process. |
