A moving piece(20) is attached by a supporting shaft(21) on the two loading portions of a deck. The upper portion of an ascending piece(25), which has a long hole(24), is connected with the rear hole of the moving piece. (20) receprocates by the up and down movement of the ascending piece. A guide post(26) is established on the front of moving piece. Pins(27,27') are inserted in the long hole. The ascending piece is assembled with an acting piece(28) by a spring(29) . The fixed pin(30) of the lower portion of the acting piece moves along the curved hole(32, 33) of the plate(31). a supporting pin(37), which is fixed to the deck, moves along the guide hole of the plate(36).
