PURPOSE:To easily generate minute and uniform bubbles, by receiving inside direction feed materials at both sides in a bubble making cylinder in such a state that a bubble cutting jig is interposed or not and including and/or uniformizing bubbles from a foamable material between the feed materials. CONSTITUTION:When a valve 16 is opened and a foamable liquid is flowed into a quantitative tank 10, said liquid is flowed into a sedimentation tank 1 through a hose 11 to enter a bubble making cylinder 2. Said foamable liquid receives impact by the rotary action of a lower feed material 5' to be formed into bubbles which are, in turn, raised because the lower feed material 5' has upward feed force and cut by a bubble cutting jig 6. An upper feed material 5 has downward feed force and turbulent flow is generated between the feed materials 5, 5' to allow bubbles to be apt to be stagnant and bubbles are cut and uniformized by the action of the bubble cutting jig 6 to form uniform and minute bubbles. These bubbles are flowed into the sedimentation tank 1 and rise through said sedimentation tank 1 to fill said sedimentation tank 1 and are emitted from a bubble emitting pipe 8. |
