PURPOSE:To facilitate the washing of a fluid introducing passage, by arranging a detection means for detecting the flow amount of air used in atomizing a gaseous mixture and providing an opening and closing valve performing opening and closing operation by the signal from the aforementioned detection means to the flow passage of pilot air. CONSTITUTION:When a fluid is supplied to a fluid supply port 35, the supplied fluid reaches the interior of a second introducing passage 33 from a first introducing passage 25 to be further flowed into a fluid mixture passage 21 from an introducing opening surface 34. This inflow fluid is directed to the outlet direction of the fluid mixture passage 21 and mixed with a different kind of the fluid flowed into the fluid mixture passage 21 from the other introducing valve. A static mixer is attached to the outlet of the fluid mixture passage 21 and plural kinds of fluids are uniformly mixed by said mixer. After a required amount of the fluids were introduced, the supply of pilot air to a pilot air supply port 35a is stopped and introducing valves 22, 23 are closed. |
