PURPOSE:To provide a thermoplastic resin compsn. with good flow processability and excellent resistance to heat and impact, by incorporating a particular graft copolymer with a methyl methacrylate/styrene or vinyltoluene/maleic anhydride copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer of 50-98wt% methyl methacrylate unit, 1-25wt% styrene of vinyltoluene unit, and 1-25wt% maleic anhydride unit, and a graft copolymer yielded by addn. and polymn. of a monomer mixture contg. methyl methacrylate or styrene monomer in the presence of an enlarged rubber-like copolymer latex in which a rubber-like copolymer latex contg. an alkyl acrylate unit and a 1,3-butadiene unit is caused to enlarge by adding an acid radical copolymer in a polymer latex contg. an unsatd. monomer and an alkyl acrylate unit to the rubber-like copolymer latex are incorporated, and 1-70wt% said enlarged rubber-like copolymer is contained in the compsn.
