PURPOSE:To reduce the working cost by providing a sweep back angle on a shear edge of a punch, also providing a burnishing allowance, and subsequently, shearing and punching a forging punching gradient part containing burrs of a work. CONSTITUTION:A metallic die device is constituted of a pedestal 10 of a bed 4, punches 7, 8a-8d fixed to a slide 6, and a holding die 10. A sweep back angle alpha of about 30 deg. is provided on a shear edge 11 of the punch 7, etc., and also on its side face, a burnishing allowance 12 is provided. when deburring working is executed by trimming punches 7, 8a-8d, a forging punching gradient part of a work 1 is punches by shearing, and a roller rolling surface, an attached seat surface, a bush fitting hole, etc. are punched with accuracy equal to a machine work, respectively. Thereafter, the work 1 is bought to heat treatment and hole working, and becomes a product. According to this method, the machine work is decreased remarkably, and the working cost is reduced.
