发明名称 JOINING METHOD OF MAGNESIUM ALLOY
摘要 PURPOSE:To adopt a joint structure with respect to an Mg alloy by forming a covered layer by executing thermal spraying of a metal whose joining property is excellent, to a joint object part of the Mg alloy, and executing a junction of the Mg alloy by using this covered layer as a brazing material. CONSTITUTION:An Al thermal spraying layer 3 is formed on a brazing object part 2 of a plate-shaped Mg alloy 1, and simultaneously, an Al thermal spraying layer 6 is formed on a groove-shaped brazing object part 5 of an Mg alloy 4 joined to the alloy 1, too. In this case, the thickness t1 of the alloy 1 is formed to a size which can be fitted into a groove width t2 of the object part 5, and subsequently, brazing is executed in a state that a part of the thermal spraying layer 3 of the alloy 1 has been fitted into a part of the thermal spraying layer 6 of the alloy 4. In this way, the junction of the Mg alloy can be executed easily, and the joint structure can be adopted with respect to the Mg alloy.
