PURPOSE:To not pull out a cable in a next cable layer with a cable to be pulled out and to make pulling out force to a constant value, according to a method wherein a winding pitch is made to a specific times as large as the diameter of the cable, and the contact area between the cable layers adjacent with each other is made to be small, when the cable is wound to form the cable layers. CONSTITUTION:A cable 6a is wound to a predetermined position to form a first cable layer 6b at a pitch which is 3-5 times as large as the diameter of the cable, and is downward wound to cross the cable in the first cable layer 6b at the same winding direction and the pitch so as to form a second cable layer 6c. Next, the cable 6a is upward wound to cross the cable in the second cable layer 6c at the same pitch so as to form a third cable layer 6d. The above winding manner is repeated at predetermined times to form the cylinder made of the multi-layer of the cable, and the cylinder is hardened by adhesives to form a cable pack 6. Therefore, the cables in each cable layer are not contacted with each other, and the cables in one layer are contacted to the cables in other layer adjacent to one layer at the crossing points only, so that the contact area of the cables is small, and the next cable layer is not pulled out. |
