FLANGED PARTS SEPARATOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To select between front and rear and separate only through sliding of slider by communicating a wider groove than the flange section of parts and a narrower groove than the flange section but wider than the boss section of parts to the upper face of the slider. CONSTITUTION:Works are stacked and stored onto a tubular stocker 1 where a slightly wider groove than the boss section of work is provided unilaterally at the lower end. A slider 2 will maintain the underside of stocker 1 to be slightly larger than the flange of work and roll horizontally in X, Y directions. U-shaped groove slightly larger than the width of the flange but slightly shallower than the thickness of the flange is provided at the tip of the upper face B of the slider 2 while a larger hole than the boss section is made at the position C which is shorter than the sliding distance from the tip. Upon sliding of slider 2 in X-direction, a work showing front side will fit into U-shaped groove and only one is pushed in X-direction while a work showing the rear side will fit the boss section into the hole and pushed in Y-direction.
