PURPOSE:To improve mill rigidity and working speed by disposing plural pieces of geared rolls to the internal gars of cylindrical rotating housings and supporting >=1 points of the body parts, shoulder parts, shaft parts or gear parts of the rolls by the inside surface of the housings. CONSTITUTION:The plural rolls are housed into the cylindrical rotating housings 4, 4' having the external gear 2 driven by a gear 1 and the internal gear 3 rotated concentrically and integrally with the gear 2. The geared rolls are directly supported at >=1 points of the body parts, shoulder parts, shaft parts of gear parts thereof by the inside surface of the housings so that the supporting force of the stationary housing is decreased. Roll shafts 11A, 11B, 11C are inclined by alpha deg. in the direction of a left-hand screw. |
