PURPOSE:To improve the clogging of a vent hole by incorporating a basic hydroxide, org. or inorg. basic salt and compd. having a prescribed number of amino groups, etc. together with specific number of carbon atoms into a titled compsn. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. for coating contg. the basic hydroxide such as sodium hydroxide, org. or inorg. basic salt and 1 or >=2 kinds of the compds. among the compd. groups including the compd. of >=4 C having one amino group, the compd. of >=2 C having >=2 amino groups and alcoholic hydroxyl groups respectively is formed. Such compsn. is coated to the vent hole of a casting mold, then the curing of the binder on the inside surface of the bent hole is prohibited. The clogging of the vent hole is thus prevented. |
