PURPOSE:To enable to cool the surface and the like of the cable located on CT and the like and in the vicinity of the CT by a method wherein the AC current running on the secondary winding terminal to be connected to the cable is applied to the fan for the CT and the like or to a Peltier effect element. CONSTITUTION:A power source terminal (a), for example, to be used for a maintenance system and an electric machine power source terminal (b) to be used to cool a power converter containing at least a CT are provided on the output side of a secondary winding 3. The Peltier effect element circuit, directly connected to the circuit of a ventilating fan 7 or a magnetic core and the like, is connected to the power source terminal (b). When the power converter containing the CT is cooled, the above-mentioned method can be used only when a current is applied to the cable side. Moreover, the Peltier effect element is the element with which temperature drops can be generated at the other end T2 in the amount of T2=T1-DELTAT by the Peltier effect when the heterogenous metals A and B are connected, one end T1 is maintained at a fixed temperature and a direct current is applied between them. |
