PURPOSE:To prepare eggrolls having stable quality, continuously, by charging opened eggs and additives to a cylinder, subjecting to the kneading, heating and pressurizing treatment, cooling the product, and extruding continuously through an extrusion nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Proper amounts of opened eggs and various seasonings are charged from the hopper 2 through the connecting part 3 to the kneading zone 4. In the kneading zone 4, a screw 6 is inserted in the inner cylinder 5, and a heater is placed outside of the outer cylinder 9. The egg kneaded in the inner cylinder 5 is heated with the heater via the space 8 and the inner cylinder 5, and pressurized by the extrusion effect of the screw 6. The state of heating is controlled by the amount of water passing through the temperature-regulation pipe 10 and the heat-generation of the heater. The kneaded, heated and pressurized egg is sent to the connection path of the cooling unit 11, cooled and extruded continuously through the extrusion nozzle 12 in the form of an eggroll. |
