PURPOSE:To obtain a head lining having the superior adaptation for an opponent member by carrying-out the molding by applying a sheet onto, for example, the roof panel of a car by using molding material and working the head lining member so as to coincide with the obtained mold. CONSTITUTION:When the shape of the head lining for roof panel of a car, a sheet 2 made of elastomer, etc. having the thickness nearly equal to that of the head lining applied onto the inner surface of a roof panel 1 is applied. Then, modeling is performed by applying the molding material such as gypsum onto the undersurface of the sheet 2, and a mold 3 is obtained. Then, the head lining member is seamed so as to coincide with the upper-surface shape of the mold 3, and the head lining 4 having the superior adaptation is obtained. The head lining 4 thus obtained is applied onto the inner surface of the roof panel 1, and the work is completed. Therefore, even if the aqueous adhesive having a weak initial adhesion force is used, the shape of the superior head lining 4 which does not generate exfoliation, etc. can be determined. |
