PURPOSE:To enable to know each preset speed without watching the speed meter, by selecting properly each preset speed, setting the warning sound responding to each speed, and recognizing plural phases of speed from these sounds. CONSTITUTION:A speed detecting device 1, a warning sound generator 2 to generate warning sounds depending on the detected speed, an input device 3 which inputs preset speeds and the responding warning sounds the driver wants to have, and the CPU which detects the coincidence of a detected speed and a preset speed, and activates the warning sound generator 2 are arranged. In this case, within the input device 3, each preset button 9 and 10 can be shifted for car speed setting by pushing the car speed setting button 8, and at the same time, they can be shifted for warning sound setting by pushing the input button 11. Thus, by handling the setting buttons 9 to respond to each sound scale, and the buttons 10 to direct up or down one octave higher or lower of each sound scale for warning sounds can be selected. |
