PURPOSE:To improve the welding efficiency by tacking a filler wire along a weld line, and thereafter, irradiating a laser beam along the filler wire, and supplying the filler wire exactly to a molten pool. CONSTITUTION:A filler wire 5 which has been guided so as to run along a weld line 3 by a guide roller 11 is welded continuously and tacked to welding materials 1, 2 by a Joule heat by a rotary electrode 12 for a resistance welding, and a welding current flowing through the welding materials 1, 2. Subsequently, the filler wire 5 is melted by irradiating a laser beam 4 and also the welding materials 1, 2 are melted, and a generated molten pool 9 and the molten filler wire 5 are fused and welding is completed. |
