<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of hanging by demounting a door from a chassis after the completion of painting and separately incorporating parts onto a chassis body and the door and reassembling the door and once storing the door before transporting the door into a door assembly line. CONSTITUTION:Onto the upstream side of a chassis transportation conveyor 1 for transporting the chassis for which painting is completed in a painting process, a door demounting station 2 for demounting a door from a chassis on the conveyor 1 is installed. A door installation station 3 for installing the door for which the incorporation of parts is completed in a door assembly line 26 is installed onto the downstream side. A demounted door is transported by itself to a door storage apparatus 10 side from a demounted-door transportation apparatus 5, and transferred onto the door storage apparatus 10 by a transfer apparatus 12 and stored in the feeding-out direction. The door in the door storage apparatus 10 is sent into the door assembly line 26, and the assembled door is sent into the door installation station 3 by a transportation apparatus 27.</p> |
