<p>PURPOSE:To attain the detection of coordinates with small pushing pressure by using an anisotropic conduction sheet having high sensitivity than the conventional pressure-sensitive rubber sheet. CONSTITUTION:An anisotropic conduction sheet 4 is set between a conductor 3 and a resistance sheet 5. The sheet 4 uses one following two types. That is, the fist type is obtained by burying countless fabric conductors 7 like carbon fibers, the stainless steel, Ni, etc. into an insulating resin layer 8 having flexibility line silicone, etc. in its thickness direction. While the second type is obtained by arraying continuously the granular conductors 7 of Ni, etc. within the layer 8 in its thickness direction.</p> |
