PURPOSE:To improve, etc. a sealing property of a choked part by rotating a cylindrical body or a forming spatula, also squeezing the end part and choking it, and subsequently, fusing the squeezed part. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a formed part 17 of a forming spatula 13 is welded by pressure to a rotary cylindrical body 11. In this case, the end part of the cylindrical body 11 is formed along the formed part 17 of the spatula 13. Subsequently, a cutting par 19 of the spatula 13 is moved to the vicinity of a shaft core of the cylindrical body 11, the end part of the cylindrical body 11 is choked, and also a squeezed part 21 is formed. Also, the cutting part of the spatula 13 is made to pass through the rotary shaft core, and the squeezed part 21 is cut. This cutting is executed by a fusion due to a contact heat of the cylindrical part 11 and the spatula 13. According to this method, the squeezed part 21 becomes a welded state, therefore, a sealing property of a choked part and also the workability are improved. |
