This method makes it possible to use, placed in a guide-frame, elements for rotation having multiple telescopic pipes and for the pressure supply and distribution of fluid materials to the percussive and blowing elements; this system incorporated into the chassis 3 supporting the rotary machine and sliding inside and outside the side elements 2 forms the frame 1; the multiple single and double action jacks 9 are used to raise the support. The rotary machine, that is drilling elements 7 and reduction gear 8 slide with this support by the assembly of the two drilling elements; the joining plates 12 are used to assemble the chassis; the hydraulic pump part and angle transmission 13 make it possible to transmit the rotation to the telescopic rotation elements 4, 5 and 6; the tilting device 14 is used to orientate the chassis; the tank 15 is used to store the hydraulic oil; all these elements being grouped together on the sliding frame, supporting the drilling elements. The free returns which may be fitted on the raising system make it possible to drill under the weight of the drilling equipment in free descent by the return of the fluid materials by means of this rerouting method placed on the supply column.
