The subject of the invention relates particularly and chiefly to the technical field of fishing tackle. The apparatus is noteworthy in that it comprises a robust hook-loop 1, 2 or 5 shaped so as to be open and to allow the engagement and retention of a fishing line f at any point along the length of the said line, which hook-loop has moulded shapes with no snagging asperities, and in particular opposite moulded shapes allowing the line to be pushed or pulled as desired at any angle, the said hook-loop also being designed so as to have a socket 1a, 2b or 5c or equivalent means of assembly on a sleeve 6 of a suitable length that permits the manipulations.
