PURPOSE:To execute an etching treatment without uneven etching with good production efficiency in the stage of etching the surface of circular cylindrical products by injecting an etching liquid from a nozzle while rotating and moving said products on the top surface of an inclined carriage. CONSTITUTION:The many circular cylindrical products 11 to be subjected to the etching treatment on the surface are respectively placed in tuning for,-shaped supports 32 and rotated and moved on the surface of the inclined carriage 31 by an endless moving belt 34 so as to climb the inclined surface. The etching liquid is at the same time injected from the nozzle 21 to the surface of the rotating and moving products 11 to etch the surface thereof. The circular cylindrical products rotate at the same circumferential speed and therefore the surface of one product and the surfaces of the many product are subjected to the uniform etching treatment without even etching and since the simultaneous etching of the many product is made possible, productivity is high.
