The invention relates to an assembly receiving a volatile liquid, a glue used in surgery, allowing its preservation and application without using any external instruments. It is formed from three parts, a container 2, an applicator 3 and a tamper-proof cover 4 provided with a device allowing the sealing insert 7 of the container 2 to be pierced. This device is shown at 5 on the lid 4. This device according to the invention is particularly intended for facilitating the use of this very volatile product in a surgical context, saving preparation time and preventing evaporation of the liquid. This invention allows the surgical glue to be preserved in the perfectly fluid-tight container 2 before opening, and to be dispensed with the applicator 3. <IMAGE>
