PURPOSE:To use a luminous filament for a lamp with two different luminous intensities, by connecting parallel two circuits with and without a resistance between one of the luminous filaments and the power supply. CONSTITUTION:Two luminous filaments 2 and 3 in a lamp 1 can be switched into the high side and the low side by switching circuits 6 and 7 with a switch 8. The circuits 6 and 7 are connected to a DC power supply 5 through a converting switch 8 and a lamp switch 4. Parallel to the circuit 7, another circuit 9 with a resistance 10 is connected. These parallel circuits 7 and 9 can be switched each other through a switch 11. While the luminous filament 3 can be lighted as a front lamp of the low side by converting to the circuit 7, the luminous filament 3 can be lighted as a twilight lamp by converting to the circuit 9. |
