PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device which has curtailed an installation space and has simplified its structure by constituting it so that a boring tool and a burnishing tool provided with a centering part are placed so as to be opposed to each other on both sides of a clamp device for clamping a work on which a through-hole has been formed. CONSTITUTION:A work W on which a through-hole Wa has been formed, carried by a carrying rail 20 is clamped by a clamp device 24 consisting of a reference reinforcing plate 21, a clamp use cylinder device 22 and a clamp rod 23 having an inserting hole 23a. Also, a boring head 28 to which a boring tool 41 has been installed through a spindle 40, and a burnishing head 28 to which a burnishing tool 43 provided with a centering part 43a and burnishing part 43b has been installed through a spindle 42 are placed so as to be opposed on one side of said clamp device 24 and the other side, respectively. Said burnishing head 42 is advanced, and moved backward after the work W has been positioned by making the centering part 43a pass through the through-hole Wa, the boring head 28 and the burnishing head 27 are advanced successively, and the boring working and the burnishing working are executed.
