PURPOSE:To obtain the sufficient rolling reducing effect without increasing the dimension of an antirolling board by forming the vertical fin parts at the front and rear edges and the outer edges of the antirolling board which can be turned freely from the ship side. CONSTITUTION:Under a water line surface W, the turnable accommodation type antirolling boards 1 are installed onto the outer plate parts 7 on the both ship sides of a high-speed boat. On accommodation, said board is accommodated into a concaved part 4, and the same plane state to the outer plate part 7 on the ship side is formed. Vertical fins 1' projecting only towards the upper side are erected at the front and rear edges and outer edges of the antirolling board 1. The mirror image effect is generated by the vertical fin 1', and the effect equal to the increase of the longitudinal length and the width of the antirolling board 1 is generated, and the sufficient rolling reducing effect can be obtained without increasing the dimension of the antirolling board.
