PURPOSE:To variously inject a large number of liquids, by arranging six small apertures to one of opposed surfaces of a stator and a rotor so as to position on each of (m) pieces of concentric circles while arranging 3m pieces of bridge grooves and one bridge group communicating small apertures between the concentric circles to the other opposed surface CONSTITUTION:Small apertures (a)-(l) are formed on the concentric circles of the inner surface of a stator 21 at every 60 deg. and bridge grooves A-F for selectively communicating small apertures in the peripheral direction are formed to a rotor 24. The small apertures (a), (g) are selectively communicated by one bridge groove. The small aperture (a) is the inlet of an eluate and the small apertures (f), (l) are met to form the outlet of the eluate. The small apertures (b), (e) and (h), (k) are connected to both ends of a specimen loop and the small apertures (c), (i) are connected to a reagent container while the small apertures (d), (j) are connected to a suction pump. The rotor 24 is revolved by a handle 28 to communicate the small apertures (b), (c) at first by the bridge groove A to fill the specimen loop with a reagent and, next, when the apertures (a), (b) are communicated by the bridge groove A, eluates are met through both specimen loops to accurately and simultaneously perform the injection of two liquids. |
