The master cylinder (10) of the present invention comprises a metal liner (12) disposed within a plastic master cylinder housing (30). The liner (12) has openings (20, 22, 24, 26) receiving plastic material therein to form outlet and reservoir openings (34, 36, 38, 40). The plastic material is insert molded about liner (12) so that there is complete enclosure of liner (12) in the areas (X) where high pressure is effected during braking application. |
