LIQUID SEPARATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of flux due to the concn. polarization around a permeable membrane and the pollution of membrane surface by forming both the permeable membrane and the magnetic bodies into one body and generating the magnetostrictive vibration in the magnetic bodies to vibrate directly the permeable membrane. CONSTITUTION:A membrane structure M is constituted by winding spirally the magnetic bodies 2 consisting of a tape-shaped amorphous alloy on, for example, a tubular permeable membrane 1 in the specified intervals. This is inserted into a perforated tube 3 and furthermore an exiting coil 4 having the prescribed turn number is wound around the outside periphery and the exiting coil 4 is connected to an AC power source 5. Electricity is conducted through the exciting coil 4 to cause the magnetostrictive vibration in the magnetic bodies 2 and the deterioration of flux of the permeable membrane can be prevented by directly vibratig the permeable membrane 1.
