PURPOSE:To improve the flow of auction to reduce the labor of business processing by storing receiving data of articles to be sold at auction and printing out prices, etc. on sale cards when prices, etc. of knocked-down articles are inputted. CONSTITUTION:First, receiving data is inputted from a letter of shipment, and a card for sample return is printed out, and receiving data is displayed. The unit is inputted which is used when the unit price of articles to be sold at auction is determined, and the determined price at auction is inputted, and buyers and the quantity of buyers are inputted.The quantity of knocked-down articles is subtracted from the quantity of articles to be sold at auction to display the remainder. Next, sales details of every consignor, buying details of every buyer, etc. are updated, and data (the date, the consignor code, the sequence number, the article name, the standard, contents, the unit price, presence/absence of shipping box, the quantity, the buyer code) are printed out on the sales card. Thus, the computer processing and the process of auction are performed in parallel in real time, and a prescribed business form is printed out simultaneously with the end of auction. |
