PURPOSE:To enable to mold a sheet whose decorative properties are high and to eliminate economic burden in relation to molding, by a method wherein a ground pattern is arranged on a molding surface of a molding roll and the molding of the sheet and transfer molding of the ground pattern are performed at a time. CONSTITUTION:As for a pair of molding rolls 3, 4, rotary axes of them are mounted in a horizontal and parallel states to each other extending over bearings 10, 11 of a bed 9 respectively and a molten polyethylene material P2 which is made to flow into a molding space (a) is molded into a sheetlike state. Pattern ground 5 to be formed by fine unevenness is arranged appropriately on mirrorfacelike molding surfaces 3a and/or 4a of the molding 3, 4, and transfer molding of a fine unevennesslike ground pattern part 2b on sheet surface 1b and that of a ground pattern part 2a on the other sheet surface 1a are performed respectively at the same time by a ground pattern part 5b on a molding surface 5a side in such a manner that the ground pattern part 2b is provided slantwise to the direction wherein the same crosses the ground pattern part 2a. |
