PURPOSE:To remarkably enhance the work efficiency in detecting/amending the incorrect-setting of a spoke wheel by arranging both a rim incorrect-setting detecting and amending equipment at two or more places on the rim. CONSTITUTION:In a hub shaft clamping equipment A, a bed 11 is installed horizontally on a base plate 9 in such a manner that the bed 11 can freely slide on a sliding stand 12. A rim lateral deviation detecting equipment D, which detects the lateral deviation of a rim 1c, and spoke wheel radial deviation detecting equipment E, which detects the radial deviation of the spoke wheel 1, are installed to an upper plate 31 and a lower plate 32 in a symmetrical manner. In addition, in a spoke wheel incorrect-setting amending equipment F, a shaft 108 is placed on a shaft bearing 107 of the lower plate 32, while a centering mechanism 110, which strives to hold a projected piece 109a at the center by means of spring force, is fixed to the lower plate 32. The wheel 1 is held by both the clamping equipment A and B and rotated by a driving equipment C. The lateral deviation of the wheel 1 is detected by both detecting equipment D and E, while the incorrect-setting of the wheel 1 is amended by the amending equipment F. |
