PURPOSE:To measure the filled gas with high precision by expressing the desired mixing ratio of raw gases in terms of a mass ratio, and filling each gas successively into a gaseous mixture filling vessel furnished underwater while measuring a necessary mass of each gas with a balance. CONSTITUTION:A valve 5a is closed, the mass of a vessel 2 is measured by a balance 1, and the necessary mass of a component gas to be filled is determined. A valve 7a is opened, a necessary mass of the component gas is filled into the vessel 2, and the valve 7a is closed. The necessary mass of a base gas to be filled is determined (when a balance using weights is used, a weight corresponding to the mass is added to the balance 1), the necessary mass of the base gas is filled into the vessel 2 by opening a valve 6a, and then the valve 6a is closed. The gas remaining in the system is discharged by closing a vessel valve 2a and opening a valve 9, and then the vessel 2 is drawn out from the water. Each raw gas can be filled into the vessel 2 while measuring the raw gas with high precision by the balance 1. |
