摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the effect of the center voltage of voltage output by temp., by equalizing the distribution of magnetic flux density by making the length of a substrate in the arrangement direction of a magnetic resistor element larger than the length of a permanent magnet body in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:A substrate comprising ferrite or Fe having a length L2 longer than the length L1 of a permanent magnet 21 is fixed to the permanent magnet 21. Magnetic resistor elements 23-26 are arranged to the upper surface of the substrate 22 to as not only to cross the longitudinal direction of the substrate 22 at right angles but also to provide intervals therebetween and the elements 23, 24 and 25, 26 are connected in series at the terminal parts thereof and both terminals are connected to a Dc power source not shown in the drawing while voltage outputs are taken out from the connection parts 23', 25' connected in series. The region L1 of the magnetic resistor elements 23-26 is prevented from receiving the edge effect of the substrate 22 and magnetic flux density is equalized. By this method, the center voltage of voltage output is prevented from receiving the effect of temp. and a magnetic sensor, of which the magnetic resistor elements are easily located, is obtained.
