PURPOSE:To improve the data transmission efficiency by providing a means transmitting an interruption request signal in returning lots of supervisory data to a terminal device and providing a means retrieving a terminal device requesting an interruption and returning data to a central control unit. CONSTITUTION:The return bit number setting means 4 returning a return bit number data representing a bit number of a supervisory data to be returned to the central control unit 1 is provided to a terminal device 2, and a return enable period setting means 5 setting a reception enable period of a return signal Vb from the terminal device 2 based on the return bit number data is provided to the central control device 1. Further, an interruption generating means 6 transmitting an interruption request signal from the terminal device 2 in returning lots of supervisory data is provided to the terminal device 2, and an interruption processing means 7 which retrieves the terminal device 2 generating an interruption request signal and accesses the said terminal device 2 to return the return bit number data is provided to the central control unit 1.
