PURPOSE:To provide a coil in which coil wires are firmly bonded each other, by heating a coil which consists of a wound insulated wire having an insulator coating layer of a synthetic resin tape, by coating organic solvent at portions at which the entire faces of the coil or the wires are contacted each other, and by heating and drying the coil. CONSTITUTION:A flat-type insulated wire 3 which consists of a flat-type conductor 1 over which an insulating material of aromatic polyamide nonwoven 2 is wrapped along, is bent at a curvature of radius 7mm. to form a coil assembly. After the coil assembly is heat-treated at a temperature of 250 deg.C for 8sec, the entire face of the coil is coated with a solvent of dimethylformamide being sprayed, and then is heated at 250 deg.C for 1min to be dried. Since the coil produced in this way has coil wires firmly bonded each other, cracks of the insulating layer would not occur. |
