PURPOSE:To provide an injection mold which can perform flow control according to a flow of a molding material and can be used in common even if the molding material is changed, by a method wherein a slide groove communicating with a runner groove is provided and the control is performed by making a control block slide. CONSTITUTION:Slide grooves 3 are grooved on both sides of an appropriate position of a runner groove 2 so that the slide groove meets at right angles with a longitudinal direction of the runner groove 2 and a firm hole 6 like a female screw hole is formed on the bottom of the slide groove 3. An adjusting block 4 in about a cubic state is inserted slidably into both the side slide grooves 3 in the direction meeting at right angles with a longitudinal direction of the runner groove 2 respectively and the tip of the adjusting block 4 is frequentable to the runner groove 2 by making the adjusting block 4 slide. This invented injection mold is formed in this manner and injection molding is performed by controlling a quantity of protrusion of the adjusting block 4 according to a molding material to be molded. |
