<p>PURPOSE:To quicken the stop of transmission due to a brake signal and to relieve the load of a communication control device by adopting the constitution that the reception of brake is informed to the communication control device at a point of time of one character time or a point of time slightly later and only one notice is given by one brake signal. CONSTITUTION:A central processing unit 11 sets a time T2 corresponding to the true length of the brake signal transmitted from a start-stop type terminal device 3 to a brake length designation circuit 52, and in setting a time T3 shorter than the T2 and equal to or longer than the character time T1 to a brake interruption length designation circuit 54, the communication control device 12 informs teh reception of brake by using the polarity of a space of the T3 and the transmission to the start-stop type terminal device 3 is stopped. Since a space polarity holding supervisory circuit 51 supervises the brake signal until the length of the T2, only one notice is generated to the communication control device 12 by using one brake signalto relieve the load of the communica tion control device 12.</p> |
