PURPOSE:To obtain products stable in performance both structurally and functionally even under abnormal high-temperature atmosphere, by using mechanical- structure ceramic for the receiver. CONSTITUTION:One side surface is provided with an aperture 1a, and a plastic insulation case 1 having through-holes 1b, 1c opening at both end surfaces is inserted. A patch 2 is inserted into the one-end surface through-hole 1b of the case 1, and a receiver 3 made of mechanical-structure ceramic is inserted into the other end surface through-hole 1c; besides, a piezoelectric element 4 is arranged on the patch 2 side, and a receiver metal 5 with a voltage take-out terminal 5a provided on the side surface on the receiver 3 side. Then, the titled unit of simple structure, easy assembly, low cost, and high energy can be obtained by fixing those components through filling with insulation adhesive 6. |
