In order to stabilise the indication behaviour of a sensor it is proposed according to the invention that the latter is disposed in a labyrinth-shaped housing (4). The housing (4) can be designed so as to be thermally insulated (5). The different velocities, at which the gases entering the outer orifice (2), are reduced by the labyrinth chambers so that the gases may penetrate directly as far as the sensor surface. <IMAGE>
