<p>A chuck without a locking key, with a quick-setting system and with additional reinforcement and locking of the clamping force, in which a clamping element (15) effects a locking screw-type action with an initial thread (13, 14) together with a tapered collet (11, 12), in which the clamping jaws (9) are entrained in a movable manner avoiding tilting, as well as with a second similar thread (16, 17) with a drive element (1) on whose inner end a clamping jaw guide head (3) is rotatably supported and is supported axially. The first and second threads (13, 14 and 16, 17) have a slight difference in pitch and the chuck element (1) can be coupled in a rotatably fixed manner with the clamping jaw guide head (3) via a first coupling (7, 8) which is dependent on the clamping force, and, with the tapered sleeve (11, 12), via the clamping jaws (9), as well as with the clamping element (15), which can rotate over the actuation sleeve (19), via a second coupling (22a, 22b; 27a, 27b) which can be released by means of an actuation sleeve (19).</p> |
