DEVICE FOR DETECTING OPERATING CONDITION OF ELEVATOR SOLENOID BRAKE

PURPOSE:To attain the accurate operating condition of a brake by providing a microcomputer adapted to detect the operating condition of an elevator solenoid brake, compare the travel with a reference value, and judge whether it is abnormal or not. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a displacement detector 21 for detecting the operating condition of a solenoid brake movable iron core is stored in RAM24 by an input/output control device 27. These processings are performed every fixed time by confirming the absence/existence of detected voltage of the displacement detector 21 by MPU22 according to a program previously stored isn RAM23. Accordinglty, the attraction/release time and travel of the movable iron core can be computed to be compared with a reference value, so that the operating condition of a brake can be attained accurately.
