PURPOSE:To remove the impurities trapped by a strainer material which is constituted of a flexible sheet having the meshes of a net without taking off the above-mentioned material by providing an accepter which receives the descending impurities trapped on the undersurface of the strainer material to the lower part of the strainer material. CONSTITUTION:In a filter state, a strainer material 4 made of a flexible sheet is deformed into the convex upward by a fluid passing therethrough and the impurities A are trapped on the undersurface thereof. In a nonfilter state wherein the passing fluid is absent, the above-mentioned strainer material 4 is deflected so as to be deformed into the convex downward and the impurities A trapped by the strainer material 4 is descended to received them on an accepter 5 and the accepter 5 is removed to the outside of a casing 1. As a result, the impurities A can be taken out without touching the strainer material 4.
