PURPOSE:To make the confirmation of timing unnecessary to shorten the development time by providing a hardware designing means of a development supporting device with a circuit designing part and a logic simulation part and performing the circuit diagram design and the software development with the same device. CONSTITUTION:A rough sketch 11 is inputted to a drawing editor 12 and is displayed on a graphic display device 5 to generate a circuit diagram. At this time, components generated preliminarily by a component editor 13 are used by a master library 14 on demand. A logic simulator 17 uses the circuit diagram generated by the editor 12 and test data of timing inputted form a word generator 16 to perform the logic simulation of the operation of the circuit and obtains a timing chart. This timing chart is analyzed by an analyzer 18 to check the operation of the circuit, and the circuit diagram on the display device is changed conversationlly in case of design miss to complete the circuit diagram, and the circuit diagram, is copied fair on a plotter 6 by a drafter 20. |
